My prices are based on the amount of time and effort we have to put in to do the best job for our clients. I will make an informed estimate of the total fee based on a review of your circumstances. For financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, I need to see the financials for prior years, information about ongoing special assessments, bank accounts, legal actions, and the status of accounts receivable. For self-managed associations, I may need to take a visual survey of the bookkeeping operations.
